LearnSens project

Co-funded from TIP project program, Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic

LearnSens will design and implement new methods for middleware supporting collection and analysis of sensors observation using new methods of analysis and Open Standards. It will be based on OGC standards and on design of new interoperable Web based spatial services for crisis management and crisis infrastructure. LearnSens will form bridge between sensors observation and developer of Open platforms and user of open solution.

LearnSens will design self learning middleware for collection sensor observation and detection of unexpected observation, which could detect „Crisis situation“. The platform will provide orchestration of sensor observation and different geospatial and non spatial services. Services will be based on both Open Sources and Proprietary system, to demonstrate possibility combining of both approaches for complex solution building. Learnsens will be oriented on management and analysis of sensor observations and surrounding intelligent components as dynamic analysis and adaptability, context, self organizing and adaptability.
